First Post!

Hi everyone!

I've created this blog in order to talk about my adventures in Italy when I begin my study abroad adventure in the Fall 2011. It's a little early, but I am TOO EXCITED!! First, let me talk a little bit about my program.

I am going to Florence, Italy through the Lorenzo de' Medici Institute. It is a liberal arts based college, with strong emphasis on art and art history. Perfect for me!

Lorenzo de' Medici Institute is in the heart of Florence, and is only a 5-10 min walk to the Duomo!

I will be enrolled in 15 hours: Italian 1, The Genius of Michelangelo, Italian Renaissance Art, Codes and Symbols in Art History, and International Art Business. I cannot wait!
